Terms of Service

1. Definitions

  • Service - the Revizo application at revizo.pl, used for proofing graphic files and websites and pricing revisions.
  • Provider - [TO BE COMPLETED: name, legal form, address, tax ID].
  • User - an entity using the Service under an account (owner or team member).
  • Guest - a person invited to a project via a one-time link, without an account and free of charge.

2. General provisions

These Terms define the rules for using the Service. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of the Terms. The Service is addressed to businesses (studios, agencies, freelancers).

3. Scope of service and plans

The Service provides tools for reviewing files, running iterations and approving revision costs. Available plans: Free (limited, no charge), Studio (paid, billed per team seat) and Custom (individual quote). Current limits and prices are shown on the homepage.

4. Account, members and guests

An account is required for paid features. The owner manages the team and billing. Guests access a specific project via a one-time link and are never charged.

5. Payments and subscription

The paid plan subscription is billed cyclically through an external payment provider acting as the seller (Merchant of Record), which issues sales documents and settles taxes. Settlement of out-of-scope revisions between the User and their client may be handled through a separate payment provider. Details and prices are shown before purchase.

6. User obligations

The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with the law, not to infringe third-party rights and not to upload unlawful content. The User is responsible for the files they publish in the Service.

7. Liability and availability

The Provider makes every effort to keep the Service running continuously but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions. The Provider is not liable for the consequences of the User's actions or for the content of files.

8. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to help@revizo.pl. The Provider handles them within [TO BE COMPLETED] days.

9. Termination

The User may cancel the subscription at any time in the panel. A free account may be deleted in line with the Free plan rules.

10. Final provisions

Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The Provider may amend these Terms, informing Users in advance. See also the Privacy Policy.
