1. Data controller

• Account data: email address, name, hashed password.
• Guest data: the email address used to invite to a project.
• Project content: files, comments and annotations you upload to the Service.
• Technical data: IP address, logs, device and browser information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Providing the service and managing the account - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
• Security, statistics, pursuing claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
• Billing and tax obligations - Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

4. Cookies

We use cookies essential to running the Service (session, keeping you logged in, guest access). We do not currently use marketing cookies. Any analytics cookies will be used only after consent.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to trusted processors: the infrastructure provider (hosting and file storage), the payment provider and the transactional email provider - only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6. Retention period

We keep data for the duration of the contract and afterwards to the extent required by law (e.g. billing) or until claims become time-barred. Projects on the free plan may be deleted in line with the plan rules.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Poland: PUODO).
